1. Information About Us

HQ Parts UK Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14295616 with our registered office at 37 Wheatcrofts, Barnsley, S70 6BZ. Our VAT number is GB422862990.

Our website is only intended for use by businesses and individuals resident in the UK. We specialise in fasteners, fixings, and construction accessories supplied through our dropshipping partnership network.

2. Product Information

Important Notice: Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the items you receive. While we strive for accuracy, packaging, labelling, and minor product variations may differ from images shown on our website.

3. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the goods.

All orders are subject to availability. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.

4. Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled within a reasonable time of order acceptance. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are typically dispatched for next working day delivery via our courier service (DPD).

Risk & Title:

  • The goods will be at your risk from the time goods are loaded onto the courier vehicle
  • Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due

5. Price & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include VAT and exclude delivery costs. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed for dispatch.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit card via our secure online payment portal

We will not charge your payment method until we dispatch your order.

6. Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery Charges:

  • Orders up to £19.99: £9.00 (inc. VAT)
  • Orders £20.00 - £83.99: £6.00 (inc. VAT)
  • Orders £84.00 and above: FREE delivery

7. Quality & Warranty

We warrant that on delivery, and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the goods shall:

  • Conform in all material respects with their description
  • Be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship
  • Be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979
  • Be fit for any purpose held out by us

8. Our Liability

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased, except for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses including loss of income, business, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, or data.

9. Data Protection

We comply with all applicable requirements of UK Data Protection legislation including GDPR. We will only process personal data necessary to fulfill our obligations under your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
