All orders are processed and shipped via DPD courier service directly from our supplier's warehouse. This ensures faster delivery times and maintains product quality through professional handling.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are typically dispatched for next working day delivery
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
• Delivery Times: Usually between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Shipping Costs

Delivery Charges:

• Orders up to £19.99: £9.00 (inc. VAT)
• Orders £20.00 - £92.99: £6.00 (inc. VAT)
• Orders £93.00 and above: FREE delivery

Delivery Information

Coverage Area: We deliver throughout the UK mainland. Additional charges may apply for Highland and Island deliveries.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt delivery and may leave goods in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not available. A delivery card will be left with collection information if required.
